What an adventuresome couple in Rachael and Ethan who decide to brave the elements and romp in Rocky Mountain National Park before their outdoor wedding in winter conditions at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park. Both Rachel and Ethan have their season passes to RMNP so they felt they wanted to incorporate a trip to the park on their wedding day. Fortunately, I’m one of only a handful of professional photographers who is credentialed to photograph in the national park, so things worked out well.

The staff at Della Terra once again rose to the occasion and made everyone feel comfortable in the outdoor ceremony setting by providing blankets to those who needed them. The flower girls thought it was all fun. After the ceremony, the indoor coziness of the chateau made for an enjoyable evening for all.

This is an amazing new venue with  a wonderful staff helping couples create wedding fantasies. We especially enjoyed photographing Karine and James Wedding.
